Stroke Clinic is open to swimmers who have a competent freestyle and can swim backstroke unassisted. This is an hour-long class for children 6 years and older. Typically, stroke clinic swimmers are involved in summer league teams and desire to improve their strokes and maintain contact with the sport of swimming during the off season. Participation in summer swimming is not a prerequisite however. Stroke clinics offer instruction by the NBAC coaching staff, senior level NBAC swimmers, and MPSS swim teachers.
