Day One Highlights: Katie Hoff smashes 13-14 National Age Group (NAG) record in 200 Yard IM one week after she broke the 13-14 NAG record in 200 M IM.  In prelims Friday, Katie lowered Natalie Coughlin's six year old record swimming in 1:59.01.  In finals, she lowered that mark to a 1:58.27. Katie also won the 100 Breast in 1:02.26.  Michael Phelps lowered his state record  in 100 Y Butterfly and won all three of his races: 100 Fly, 200 Freestyle, 200 IM and a leg of the winning 400 Free Relay. Other multiple winners included Kevin Marsteller (11-12 100 Fr & 50 Fly & 200 IM);  Christine Hammond (10&U 100 Fr & 200 IM); Kevin Spath (13-14 100 Br & 200 Free). Individual event winners for NBAC included Kevin Clements (100 Br, State Record), Meghan Sackett (1000 Fr, leading an all NBAC final) Corey Knopp (1000 Fr) Jordan Surhoff (10&U 50 Br) Sean Roddy (11-12 50 Br) , Jes Stephens (10&U 100 Fr) Laura Harris (11-12 100 Fr)  Allison Barnes (13-14 200 Fr) Marianne Limpert (Open 200 Fr) Kendall Surhoff (10&U 50 Fl) Sara Sherrer (11-12 50 Fl) Courtney Kalisz (13-14 100Fl) Emily Goetsch (Open 100 Fl) Andrea Staub (11-12 200 IM) Jackie Gonzales (13-14 200 IM) and Zach Robertson-Phillips (13-14 200 IM) NBAC also swept all the relays last night except one.

Day Two Highlights: On the second day of competition, Katie Hoff broke two more individual 13-14 National Age Group (NAG) records. First in the 400 Yard IM with a 4:11.66, lowering the previous record by 4 seconds and lowering her personal best by more than 9. Hoff's second of the night bested NBAC alumni Anita Nall's 1991 13-14 200Y Breast Record of 1:12.54, lowering it to a 1:12.08.  Michael Phelps lowered his 200 Y Breast time of 1:59.50 to a 1:57.66 and also placed first in the Open 50 Free and Open 500 Free and a leg of the winning 800 Free Relay. 

Other multiple winners included ; Kevin Spath (13-14 200 Breast, 13-14 100 Back, 13-14 500 Free); Kevin Marsteller (11-12 100 IM, 11-12 50 Back, 11-12 200 Free)

Individual event winners for NBAC included Courtney Kalisz (13-14 400 IM); Kevin Clements (Open 400 IM); Christine Hammond (10&U 100 IM); Danielle Schaefer 11-12 100 IM); Michele King (Open 50 Free); Sean Roddy (11-12 100 Breast); Morgan Hammond (13-14 200 Breast); Andrea Derflinger (10&U 50 Back); Anne Marie Botek (Open 100 Back); Connor Wills (Open 100 Back); Jes Stephens (10&U 200 Free); Andrea Staub (11-12 200 Free); Claire Hutchinson (Open 500 Free); 

First place relays for NBAC included the Girls Open 800 Free Relay (Hoff, Kalisz, Barnes, Gonzalez) which broke a girls 13-14 National Age Group Record with a 7:31.98; Girls 10&U 200 Free Relay (Hou, Surhoff, Danielle, Hommond);  Girls 11-12 200 Medley Relay (Turner, Shaefer, Sherrer, Harris); Boys 11-12 200 Medley Relay (Cosgarrea, Roddy, Marsteller, Kramer); Boys 13-14 Medley Relay (Scarlett, Spath, Robertson-Phillips, Sakell); and the Boys Open 800 Free Relay (Phelps, Clements, Knopp, Zebley) which beat the team record by over 5 second with a 6:48.25;

Day Three Highlights: On the third day of competition, multiple winners included Jes Stephens (10&U 100 Back, 10&U 50 Free); Allie Brown (11-12 100 Back, 11-12 500 Free); Kevin Marsteller (11-12 100 Back, 11-12 100 Fly); Kevin Spath (13-14 200 Back, 13-14 100 Free); Katie Hoff (Open 200 Back, Open 100 Free with a NBAC 13-14 & Senior team record of 50.49); 

Individual event winners for NBAC included Claire Hutchinson (Open 1650 Free); Michael Phelps (Open 1650 Free); Christine Hammond (10&U 100 Back); Nico Zebley (Open 200 Back);  Laura Harris (11-12 50 Free); Allison Barnes (13-14 100 Free); Kendall Surhoff (10&U 100 Fly); Katelyn Lanphier (13-14 200 Fly); Emily Goetsch (Open 200 Fly); Chris Kramer (11-12 500 Free); 

It was a good day of NBAC who had winning medley relays in every age group. These include the Girls 10&U 200 Medley Relay (Derflinger, Surhoff, Surhoff, Hammond); Boys 10&U 200 Medley Relay (Stephens, Kalisz, Casados, Healy); Girls 11-12 400 Medley Relay (Turner, Schaefer, Staub, Harris); Boys 11-12 400 Medley Relay (Marsteller, Roddy Kramer, Ojard); Girls 13-14 400 Medley Relay (Gonzalez, Hoff, Kalisz, Barnes); Boys 13-14 400 Medley Relay (Scarlett, Spath, Robertson-Phillips, Sakell); Girls Open 400 Medley Relay (Botek, Peloquin, Goetch, Limpert); Boys Open 400 Medley Relay (Clements, Barone, Phelps, Knopp) which crushed the '85 NBAC Senior record of 3:29.27 by over 9 seconds with a 3:22.85
