Coach Sabala moving to Columbia University
by NBAC and Columbia University,   Jun 29, 2010
I have asked two members of our staff to take on larger roles in the development of our club. First, John Cadigan will be NBAC’s Director of Operations, handling most all aspects of the club on the “dry” side: communications, fund raising, serving as camp director, pool rentals, equipment, swim meets, team day and development opportunities. Scott Armstrong will be Associate Head Coach handling most all aspects of the club on the “wet” side, swimmer and coach assignments, coach development and education, and practice schedules, while maintaining the skill development progression of our program from Discovery to High Performance. NBAC announces that coach Michael Sabala will be leaving NBAC to pursue a coaching position with the Columbia University's Womans' Swimming and Diving Team. NBAC congratulates Michael and we wish him the best of luck.
