Murray Stephens founded the North Baltimore Aquatic Club more than 40 years ago. In this exclusive video, Coach Stephens talks about coaches' development, the benefits of owning your own facility as well as the key role that attitude plays in the success or failure of a swim club.

Success in the pool is another component of the North Baltimore program, as seen through its development of Michael Phelps and Katie Hoff, plus hundreds of swimmers who have swum National Age Group Top 16 times.

This interview provides the best outside view how the North Baltimore Aquatic Club has risen to the level of excellence in club swimming.
