The nationally known
NORTH BALTIMORE AQUATIC CLUB
Has expanded its outstanding year round
Competitive swim program to
HARFORD COUNTY!

The NBAC program is designed to provide a fun and challenging atmosphere of education, training and motivation. In order for the athlete to realize their full potential, the goals of the athlete and the goals of the team intertwine to allow each swimmer to be the best he or she can be.

Through the above philosophy, NBAC swimmers have gone onto win Olympic gold medals, world records, national records, national age group records, state and regional records, national age group champions and national/international rankings (USA top 16 & world top 25). In fact NBAC has achieved more of the forementioned than all other swim teams in Maryland combined.

The North Baltimore Aquatic Club has been Maryland’s top year round swim team for more than 30 years. NBAC continues to teach competitive swimming to all levels of swimmers. Novice swimmers to Olympic gold medalists have learned the finer points of competitive stroke development and training from one of the most experienced and successful coaching staff’s in the USA.

Training with NBAC/Harford County offers practice groups which practice from 2 days per week to 7 days per week. The athletes are placed in groups according to their skill level and age. This placement allows the athlete to learn the many technical aspects of the sport, develop their stroke technique, discipline their training habits and improve competitive performances.

All programs offered by the North Baltimore Aquatic Club and the North Baltimore Swim School are
currently being held at

The Arena Club
410-734-7300 (start Sept 13)

If you are interested in becoming "the best you can be" and would like to become a member of the North Baltimore Aquatic Club or you have any questions concerning any of the programs which will be run at the Arena Club  please give us a call.
