Tony returned home in December '07 to begin his second stint with the North Baltimore Aquatic Club. He is a Senior Level Coach.

Tony began his coaching career as a Varsity and Junior Varsity coach for Archbishop Curley High School from 1987-1990, during which time they won a dual meet title, a league championship, and advanced to a higher conference.

Tony's first tenure with NBAC began in 1991 when he initially began working as a Stroke Clinic instructor. He also assisted Head Coach Murray Stephens with the Senior Elite group from 1993-1997 which included Olympians Anita Nall, Beth Botsford, and Whitney Metzler.

After completing graduate school and relocating to San Diego, Tony became a Varsity coach for Cathedral Catholic High School [CCHS], formerly known as University of San Diego High School [Uni]. During his time at CCHS/Uni (2000-2007), the girls were five-time CIF regional champions and two-time runners up. The boys finished CIF runners up once. In 2006, the CCHS girls' team finished the season ranked #8 in the country for independent (private) schools. Over eight seasons, the team had multiple All-Americans.

Tony is an alumnus of Archbishop Curley High School, the University of Baltimore (B.S., Finance), and the University of South Carolina (Masters, International Business Studies - MIBS).
